Recipe to fight the common cold

Strawberries and kiwi are full of vitamin C and very healthy to fight off the flu and cold symptoms. Fresh lemon will help to clear the liver of toxins. This recipe is all natural and very easy to make. If you have a banana that’s a little old and starting to turn black, you can put this in your freezer and use it the next time you make a smoothie. Older bananas taste better in a smoothie.
Yummy Smoothie
½ cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen kiwis
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup orange juice
½ banana
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy the smoothie. It is yummy and the kids would love this too.
